What is a good series of books to read?

Ah, the Hunger Games is quite good! It's not really the best written, but then again, neither is Twilight and both series managed to captivate me. It's a great trilogy and very action-y :D Also, the May Bird series is very good too. It's about an eccentric girl who accidentally finds her way into the afterlife, it's a really fun read.
