Company wants to send me to India to train....?

We had layoffs two weeks ago of almost half the people I work with. Basically been told the whole dept is going somewhat soon maybe 6 mo to a year at most. I have been asked to go to India for 4 weeks to train. Obviously to replace me. I hold no animosity toward them as it’s the Company higher ups that are sending the job there. There is no extra compensation, just expenses covered and a free "trip". My larger question is...does this look good on a resume? And would you do it? I am currently single and have to girlfriend or kids. Thanks to everyone for input :)
