Why do the sides of my head pain the morning after I sleep in an A/C rooom is it becuase of sinus or migrain?

Why do the sides of my head pain the morning after I sleep in an Air conditioned room is it because of sinus or migraine,I even get a mil cold with frequent mu cos in the throat and mouth?I set the temperature at 27 degrees its just to keep the humidity out (gets very humid in India in summer and monsoon).The same thing happens if I sleep in a sleeveless vest or shirtless without the air conditioning .I have had a history of pharyngitis and have recently suffered from IBS.I'm Male 33 years old.Is it because my immune system is weak?What can I do to make this go away?
