Is he gay ? or just kidding?

i know this is one of the most frequent gay questions ......i live in a country where homosexuality is still a taboo !! but not that much !!!! anyways, there is this guy in my class that confuses me , he does a lot of gay jokes with me .... touching me and **** he even puts his hand down ma shirt and plays with ma nipples sometimes ...but i don't know if he is gay he acts sooo straight around chick .....and eye contact with him is weird ...maybe its all just a joke ??? i can't just ask him cz if he is not then a gonna be outed !
