My period is late, I have frequent urination and some cramping. I got a negative hpt. But still pregnant?

I have been trying to conceive for awhile now and am hoping that I am pregnant. My periods are always regular and on time, but still not here. I am about a week late and I also have some lower back pain. Please help! :)
