If Walmart needed a BAILOUT to pay their workers and fund their Healthcare what would Obama do?

Would he only do it if Walmart became a UNION? Making all the costs of items skyrocket and forcing Walmart to be more like sucky KMart having to layoff workers and end up getting crappy service and end up not having everything we need to buy at that one store. I hate Kmart- their service is terrible! Everything costs alot more! And they only have one checkout! You can't return anything!
