Frequent urination? Male 17 years old. Please Help!?

Ive been having frequent urination today. Probably urinating every 20 mins for the past 2 hours. Its a good amount of urine and its clear. Ive also had some weird penile sensation since sunday night. I feel as if its kinda sore at the tip, and a little tingly feeling. It doesnt hurt its just really annoying. I dont think its a UTI cause it doesnt hurt when i urinate. Any possible ideas? 5 stars for a good and full response.
