Does this mean that a girl is afraid and insecure about herself?

OK so like some girls, they hide their face from view by growing their their hair to drape-and-cover their eyes. So that you can't see their eyes, because they hide them from you. Are girls like that, -- insecure about themselves? What are they trying to hide from? Like, her'es one example: Erin Andrews. When she interviews people, she has all that hair and hair-spray and it's like, where is her face? She hides her face! I mean, does she have a problem or something? Is she insecure?
