Do I have a right to be upset?

I was seeing this guy for the past few months. It started out great (as always) We had a lot in common and got along great. It did most of the calling & texting. He answered my calls & returned my calls. That slowly started to die down. But I didn't bother me. He askes me to loan him money for a concert he really wanted to go to. He called me day & night. I wasn't too sure at first but ended up loaning him the money anyway. It took me awhile to make up my mind. I didn't like the fact that he suddenly called me all the time when he needed something. I ended up giving it to him & he promised to pay me back. After the concert, the calls & text were less frequent. I decided to stop calling. He texted me once last week "miss u" Flattered I asked why has he been MIA "work" he says. Yeah whatever. So 10 days goes by and I caved in & decided to call. No answer. So I texted " Seems like u can't answer my calls but you can blow my phone up when u wanted to go to the concert. Its been real" He replies "I'm out of town. Family emergancy & my phone is roaming & no it hasn't been real"...
